Built for the Serious Athlete
Country Strong is Western PA's premier athletic performance facility. We are an official USA Weightlifting Club offering competitive Olympic Weightlifting, Sports Performance, General Fitness, and Recovery — as well as online programming.
Our 3,000 sq ft facility is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and staffed by the most qualified coaches in the region. Every program is designed with the athlete's individual goals in mind and follows proper scientific progression.
Olympic Weightlifting is well known to improve balance, coordination, stability, and rate of force production — causing adaptations that lead to performance improvements not often seen in other training methods.
